DEIMOS Space, empresa dedicada a los sectores aeroespacial y de telecomunicaciones, necesita incorporar estudiantes para realizar prácticas. La jornada de trabajo es flexible y la remuneración variará dependiendo del número de horas que se dedique. Es necesario estar en los últimos años de ingeniería informática, aeronáutica, telecomunicaciones o similar. La persona escogida se incorporará al equipo de desarrollo de una herramienta interna de gestión y se responsabilizará y llevará a cabo las tareas de desarrollo de los módulos que le sean asignados de dicha herramienta. Para ello debe tener un conocimiento bastante amplio de ASP. NET y otros lenguajes de esta tecnología con el fin de desarrollar un front-end web en algunos casos y aplicaciones windows para otros. |

|
The Corporate Intranet (CI) Scholarship is a member of the DEIMOS Quality Assurance Department working for the DEIMOS Group Corporate Intranet project. The CI Scholarship is responsible for implementing, operating, maintaining and supporting the Corporate Intranet web application and its contents.
Main Duties:
The CI Scholarship will be involved in developing, implementing and validating the modifications and improvements necessary to help fulfilling the relevant corporate objectives regarding intranet contents. Major activities will include:
• Support the operations and maintenance of DEIMOS Group Corporate Intranet services, as well as the underlying database structure and technology.
• Develop and integrate the system/application, deploying the solution, including the verification and validation of every modification,
• Interface with users suggestions, claims and comments, including regular communication and information on CI service status and issues
• Maintain the technical specification, operational documents and user manuals of all CI systems in use.
Additional tasks and authority may be delegated to him/her depending on specific, departmental, company or corporate needs. For example, the CI Scholarship could be responsible for updating public Corporate Websites. |

Essential requirements:
• Skills in PHP5 object oriented programming
• Skills in design patterns implementation
• Skills in database management under MySQL and SQL language.
• Skills in AJAX applications development
• HTML, CSS, W3C recommendations
• JavaScript and jQuery Framework
• Skills with SVN and tickets management
• Expertise with Linux administration
• Extensive experience with Apache server.
Education: Studying university degree in computer science or a similar discipline.
Additional training in specific web technologies and web graphic design will be considered as good values. Experience: not required Language Skills:Fluency in English reading (technical documents) and good skills in writing technical-related documentation are required. Personal Skills:
The CI Scholarship should have the following abilities:

• proven ability to apply the above to the interactions within departmental/divisional teams and between teams.

Desirable:
Competence in the following will be favourably considered:
• Zend Framework and other PHP programming frameworks
• Java
• Oracle and Postgres
• Design: Adobe Flash / Photoshop
• Mambo Content Management System and similar CMS systems
• Proven experience in web application development and integration with Content Management Systems.
